FAQs- Return Policy and Processing Times

How soon will my order ship?

We try to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible! Please allow 4-10 business days for custom orders, if you need a rushed portrait please email you my deadline I can be flexible. You will receive an email once your order ships and you should receive it within 2-7 business days depending on your location. 

For prints and other stationary issues please allow 3-5 business days to process order and 2-7 business days to ship depending on your location. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship anywhere in Canada as well as the US. Send us an email and we can get you a custom shipping quote to anywhere in the world. Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@alorah.designs) so you don't miss out on any shop announcements.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Of course! Just put the recipients name and address in the ship-to fields. Then just leave a note on your order letting us know it is a gift and leave a personal message if you would like. We will be sure to write out your message on a card and not include the invoice.

Exchange and return policy?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. But please contact me with any issues or concerns regarding your order, email me (alorah.designs@gmail.com)

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Simply email me your photo(s) you would like for me to recreate and we can collaborate.
